    You can purchase a JR Pass online through our website. After purchasing, you will receive an exchange order which you will exchange for the actual pass upon arriving in Japan.
  • Can I get a refund for my JR Pass?
    Refunds are possible for unused exchange orders returned within a year of issuance, minus a cancellation fee. Once exchanged in Japan, the JR Pass is non-refundable.
  • What should I do if I lose my JR Pass?
    Unfortunately, lost or stolen JR Passes cannot be reissued. We recommend keeping your pass secure at all times.

    The JR Pass is available for 7, 14, or 21 consecutive days. The validity period begins from the first time you use the pass and continues for the number of days purchased.
  • Can I reserve seats on trains with my JR Pass?
